Engagement Manager - Edvantis

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales support for Sales & Account Management teams
  • Potential Client qualification and pre-screening to make go/no-go decision with AM
  • Prepare and be able to present best SDLC practices, presentations, demos, and other materials in English
  • Prepare the team for conf calls/on-site visits/interviews
  • Collect initial client requirements and understand client business needs per request
  • Define a business model for successful client engagement
  • Drive and own Project Proposal development

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as Engagement Manager in IT
  • High analytical skills (ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions)
  • Experience in developing proposals and estimates
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and core outsourcing services
  • Strong management/project management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to handle a stressful, highly-pressured job with clients and internal stakeholders
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and oral)

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of German language
  • Understanding of how IT business works
  • Experience in IT processes analysis and establishment
