We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to work on our client, a supplier of software solutions for hotels, restaurants, and cafeterias.

The primary focus of this role is to manage the D365 CRM environment, but the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience across D365 ERP, the Power Platform, and supporting services in Azure.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, availability, and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, supporting systems, and integrations. Reporting to the Manager of Application Development and working closely with the IT team and stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems, including incident analysis and resolution
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including code promotion, system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and patches
  • Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems
  • Assign, maintain, and review application security roles and privileges
  • Manage environment backup and restore procedures
  • Work closely with IT System Engineering, Cyber Security, and the Service Desk to ensure the successful deployment, support, and availability of business systems
  • Provide technical guidance, cross-training

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and managing code promotion in a tiered Dev/UAT/Prod environment
  • Proven experience with the MS Power Platform, Dataverse (CDS), and Azure IaaS
  • Familiarity with business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • General working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Windows Server, Office 365, managing security permissions and ACLs, scripting, and networking
  • Experience working in an environment subject to SOX compliance is preferred
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
