Our company is looking for an experienced self-driven manager to take responsibility for new accounts. Edvantis’ team—from the top management to newcomer engineers—always listens to the Client first.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with assigned clients and ensure high quality of business cooperation during the entire cooperation lifecycle. Also, you will be responsible for recognizing and initiating new business opportunities with the existing clients, supporting and enhancing profit of the existing сlients’ projects, resolving client-related issues, evaluating and developing commercial cooperation success with assigned clients.

Opportunity to go onsite to the Client abroad (the USA) is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with assigned clients that lead to partnership and mutual benefits
  • Manage account, be focused on technical solutions, product management, and overall improvements on account level (risks, development lifecycle, CSAT)
  • Be responsible for collaboration between Sales and Delivery, consulting on creating solutions for the Customer
  • Making sure delivery leadership is aligned with the Company/Customer strategies and being focused on the high CSAT
  • Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) and at all stages—initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing
  • Grow the existing Client’s relationships and maximize the Client’s portfolio satisfaction
  • Proactively work on new cooperation opportunities and develop business with the Сlient
  • Monitor and control the Client’s satisfaction with provided services and keep it at high level according to the Company standards
  • Manage the Client’s expectations related to projects/teams/delivery inside the account
  • Facilitate the Client’s communications
  • Report account status within account to stakeholders (including high-level status in regard to the Client, people, and business development perspectives)
  • Participate in creating account development plans, identifying add-on business opportunities
  • Control financial relationships with the Client
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Focus on product management and technical excellence of the products delivered by account
  • Identify, evaluate, and work with risks on account level
  • Help Sales to “sell” revenue recovery items
  • Participate in projects execution, help to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the Client’s needs and expectations
  • Identify resources required for successful project execution and long-term business relationship, ensure overall competence growth within the account
  • Review proposals for completeness and risks from delivery perspective
  • Analyze financial data and seek ways to minimize expenses and maximize revenue
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Facilitate addressing of elevated billing issues when they arise

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing proposals and estimates
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience acting as an Account Manager, a Delivery Manager, or other similar positions experience
  • Understanding of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of offshore software development specifics
  • Understanding of IT industry trends
  • Understanding of business revenue models
  • Ability to easily communicate with different levels of stakeholders (from technical people to C-level)
  • Result orientation and ability to provide results in short terms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
