Account Manager - Edvantis

Our company is looking for an experienced manager to take responsibility for new projects (accounts). Edvantis’ team – from the top management to newcomer engineers – always listens to the client first.

Responsibilities:

  • Be focused on technical solutions, product management, and overall improvements on account level (risks, development lifecycle, CSAT)
  • Responsible for collaboration between sales, delivery, consulting on creating solutions for customers. Making sure Delivery leadership is aligned with Company/Customer strategies and focused on the high CSAT
  • Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) and at all stages — initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing. Grow existing client relationships and maximize client portfolio satisfaction
  • Report account status within the account to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to the client, people, and business development perspectives)
  • Participate in creating account development plans, identifying add-on business opportunities
  • Identify resources required for successful project execution and long term business relationship, ensure overall competence growth within an account
  • Review proposals for completeness and risks from Delivery prospective
  • Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate (if there is no PM on the project) or assists PM in creating and executing project plans
  • Create and manage the project budget. Analyze financial data and seek ways to minimize expenses and maximize revenue
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Facilitate addressing of elevated billing issues when they arise

Requirements:

  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Result orientation and ability to provide results in short term
  • Ability to easily communicate with different levels of stakeholders (from technical people to C-level)
  • Experience in managing SDLC / Acting as a Delivery Manager or similar positions
  • Experience in developing proposals and estimates
