Responsibilities:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing)
  • Research, recommend and implement new methods to search for the candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers around role definition, pipeline calibration, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment, and decision-making
  • Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources
  • Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
  • Create and maintain recruiting documentation and update when necessary
  • Suggest and implement initiatives for effective employer branding
  • Monitoring job market
  • Maintaining candidates database

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in IT
  • Good knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Experience in negotiations with management
  • Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Be attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong networking skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented person
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher
