You\u2019ll lead discovery discussions, understand client challenges, and shape services that support their long-term business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"career-checked-list\">\r\n\t<h3 class=\"career-checked-list-title\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\r\n\t<div class=\"career-checked-list-items\">\r\n\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\r\n                  <li>Coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle for outbound leads, from lead generation and discovery to negotiation and deal closure, collaborating with Account Management, HR, and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomes<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Identify, structure, and negotiate partnership models with Sales and Technology Partners, ensuring flexible and mutually beneficial collaboration terms<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Proactively identify and engage new B2B clients and strategic partners, including SaaS companies, consulting firms, and enterprise organizations<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Run structured discovery conversations to understand prospects\u2019 business goals, challenges, and pain points<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Translate the Client&#8217;s needs into clear, value-driven proposals, presentations, and commercial offers<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Delivery teams on campaigns, webinars, and partner-led events<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure pipeline transparency and reporting<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Build trusted, long-term relationships with potential customers and partners<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, HR, Legal, and Delivery teams throughout the entire sales journey<\/li>\r\n        \t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"career-checked-list\">\r\n\t<h3 class=\"career-checked-list-title\">Requirements:<\/h3>\r\n\t<div class=\"career-checked-list-items\">\r\n\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\r\n                  <li>2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology or IT services environment<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience working with C-level and senior decision-makers<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and enterprise-level sales cycles<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Hands-on experience with commercial negotiations and proposal preparation<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Significant knowledge of business and economic environment, as well as industry trends and issues<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Easy-going, positive-minded, and a great team-player mindset<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Strong analytic and business process skills<\/li>\r\n                  <li>English level \u2013 Advanced or higher<\/li>\r\n        \t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"career-checked-list\">\r\n\t<h3 class=\"career-checked-list-title\">We offer:<\/h3>\r\n\t<div class=\"career-checked-list-items\">\r\n\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\r\n                  <li>Remote-first work model with flexible working hours (we provide all equipment)<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Comfortable and fully equipped offices in Lviv and Rzesz\u00f3w<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Competitive compensation with regular performance reviews<\/li>\r\n                  <li>18 paid vacation days per year + all state holidays<\/li>\r\n                  <li>12 days of paid sick leave per year without a medical certificate + extra paid leave for blood donation<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Health &#038; wellness support: either a monthly budget for medical insurance and sports activities, or a full medical insurance plan, depending on your cooperation model<\/li>\r\n                  <li>English, German, and Polish language courses<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Corporate subscription to learning platforms, regular meetups and webinars<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Friendly team that values accountability, innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and treated equally.
