You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment where new features, technical debt reduction, and platform modernization all compete for priority. You&#8217;ll be expected to balance those demands thoughtfully, advocate for quality at every stage of the SDLC, and bring a passion for solving hard problems with clean, testable, and scalable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"career-checked-list\">\r\n\t<h3 class=\"career-checked-list-title\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\r\n\t<div class=\"career-checked-list-items\">\r\n\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\r\n                  <li>Design, code, test, and maintain full-stack software solutions of moderate to high complexity<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Demonstrate engineering discipline in estimating work, reporting on progress, raising blockers, and delivering on time<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Build features end-to-end \u2014 from data layer to UI \u2014 with a strong sense of ownership over quality and user experience<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Contribute to the design and architecture of new and existing systems, ensuring alignment with the target architecture<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to evaluate new technologies and approaches<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Work cross-functionally with various teams: product management, quality engineering, and across various product lines to deliver<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Balance feature delivery with proactive investment in tech debt, test coverage, and platform health<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning with an eye toward quality, feasibility, and long-term sustainability<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Write thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests as a first-class part of development, driving towards a \u201cbuild quality in\u201d culture<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Expand automated QA coverage as a core team metric<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Resolve defects swiftly during QA, pre-production, production, and post-release phases<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Uphold and contribute to the team&#8217;s Definition of Done (DoD)<\/li>\r\n        \t\t<\/ul>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"career-checked-list\">\r\n\t<h3 class=\"career-checked-list-title\">Requirements:<\/h3>\r\n\t<div class=\"career-checked-list-items\">\r\n\t\t<ul>\r\n\t\t\r\n                  <li>5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale web apps and services<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Strong experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate server applications, and their design patterns<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Strong experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Strong understanding of software design and architecture<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience with relational database technology<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Webflux<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence) or similar<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Experience developing applications in AWS<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Solid communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences<\/li>\r\n                  <li>Interest or experience in using AI to improve productivity in designing, building, and testing software<\/li>\r\n                  <li>BS\/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience<\/li>\r\n                  <li>English level &#8211;
