Here&#8217;s Your Contact Person.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-about-the-internship\">About the Internship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Edvantis internship offers a happy combo of theory and practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Theoretical part: Get read into the baseline domain knowledge, depending on your  internship stream (BA or UX\/UI). Plus, develop baseline knowledge of software development fundamentals.<\/li><li>Practical part:  Work as a team on mock projects, based on real-world business data from Edvantis&#8217; past engagement. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The duration of the internship is between three (minimum time) and ten (maximum time) months. <\/strong> We expect part-time involvement, but don&#8217;t put any time constraints. If you get selected, we&#8217;ll work out a schedule that suits you best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every training will have a personal mentor \u2014 a friendly senior-level professional. Your mentor will assign you with tasks, track your progress throughout the entire tenure, and provide feedback on your performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The internship is unpaid.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-business-analysis-ba-internship-stream-what-you-ll-do\">Business Analysis (BA) Internship Stream: What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-9019564b-3586-46b9-853d-71bbc87dad77\"><li>Work under supervision of the mentor \u2014 Senior Business Analyst<\/li><li>Carry out relevant industry research.<\/li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements, specify them to an appropriate level of details to produce effective documentation.<\/li><li>Create the user stories and document the as-is\/to-be processes into a swim lane diagram for the product backlog.<\/li><li>Visualize requirements on different stages of the project.<\/li><li>Prepare business analysis documentation.<\/li><li>Obtain requirements approval and sign off from Senior BA.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-ux-ui-design-internship-stream-what-you-ll-do\">UX\/UI Design Internship Stream: What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-705dcc8c-759c-4207-b69f-5f70a714c485\"><li>Translate user stories and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.<\/li><li>Create original graphic design: images, sketches and tables.<\/li><li>Create wireframes, logo, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and more.<\/li><li>Assist with building navigation components.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After successful completion of the internship, every trainee will gain the practical knowledge and skills, equalling to those required for being an Junior Business Analyst or UX\/UI Designer at Edvantis, depending on the stream chosen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-who-can-apply\">Who Can Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and levels of experience as long as they are motivated to learn. Assignment vary depending on the chosen stream. You have <strong>one week <\/strong>to complete the task an email it back to us. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u><strong>December 24, 2020<\/strong><\/u>: the candidates who passed the first step of the selection process  will receive an email with a follow-up test task. Again, you have<strong> one week<\/strong> to complete it and email it back to us. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In early January, all the candidates, who succeeded in the selection process, will be contacted by the Internship Coordinator via email. A personal interview may be scheduled if needed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The planned start date for the internship is <strong>January 18, 2021<\/strong>.
