We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-phase software development and integration program for a global leader in threat detection and screening technologies.
This is a high-impact Leadership role for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments, can navigate technical and business challenges with precision, and inspires teams to deliver exceptional results.
Within a senior Leadership role, you will be responsible for orchestrating architecture definition, core development, system integration, resilience validation, and final acceptance. You will work closely with technical Leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, QA specialists, and stakeholders to deliver a mission-critical solution meeting the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Supplier resources: allocate and manage resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to ensure the project stays on track and meets the delivery objectives
- Coordinate the Supplier team members: coordinate efforts of the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring effective communication among the team members
- Monitor progress and performance: use project management tools to track the project progress, maintain timeline objectives, and ensure adherence to the budget
- Manage risks: conduct risk assessments and develop strategies and punch action plans to mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project can adapt to any challenges that arise
- Participate in the weekly Tech Call and monthly Conference
- Manage Supplier Program Management Plan and deliveries using MS Project (this MS Project file will be integrated into the ELECTORA Master plan by the Customer)
- Apply rolling-wave planning with detailed task breakdown for the next 1 month and providing the similar visibility over the next 3 months
- Within that 1-month window maintain logical work breakdown structure in the Program Management Plan, limiting task duration to ≤10 working days
- Submit weekly status reports (as detailed below) and Supplier Project Manager to participate in a weekly status sync call with Customer Project Manager comprising:
- – Updated % completion in MS Project, with revised forecast dates and identified critical path
- – Recovery plans for potential milestone risks
- – Weekly accomplishments
- – Updated current risks and issues register
- Deliver monthly progress status ahead of the monthly Conference in ppt deck containing:
- – Up to date Program Management Plan using MS Project timeline diagram
- – Monthly accomplishments
- – Plan for the next month
- – Identified critical path
- – Key risks and issues
- Manage and deliver updates of the Program Management Plan to the Customer at least on a monthly basis
- Provide meeting minutes for the Monthly Conference, limited to key discussion points and action items, kept brief as needed (Customer Program Manager to approve the meeting minutes or revert in case of needed changes within 3 working days from email sent by the Supplier Program Manager. Passed those 3 working days with no response provided from the Customer the meeting minutes will be deemed accepted)
- Submit to and obtain formal validation from the Customer Program Manager of the detailed Acceptance Test protocol form at least 2 weeks ahead of taking the Acceptance Tests
- Organize the Acceptance Test with presence of the Supplier experts and Program Manager available
- Coordinate the Supplier support activities during the Global Integration with the necessary Supplier experts available
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3 years in senior Leadership roles delivering enterprise-scale projects
- A proven track record in managing multi-phase, high-complexity projects involving architecture, development, integration, and validation
- Experience in budget planning and delivering projects within financial constraints
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- English level – Advanced (both written and verbal)
Will be a plus:
- Experience in security-critical or high-reliability systems projects
- Background in Business Analysis or technical roles
- Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile delivery models
- Experience in integration projects involving APIs, workflow logic, and third-party systems
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to high-security environments
