About the Company

Our client has 25 years of experience in offering digital transformation services, and has decided to engage Edvantis in rebranding and enhancing the core functionality of its proprietary B2B software product.

The product is a platform for documenting, analyzing, and visualizing various aspects of an organization’s architecture  including applications, data, technology, and business processes.

The tool allows users to create graphical representations of relationships and dependencies in their organization, aiding understanding of the impact of different components within the IT landscape.


The main challenge was to migrate the application from a legacy stack to meet rapidly increasing market demand. It included rewriting the application’s front end and developing new features based on continuous customer feedback.

Since the launch of our cooperation in 2016, the Edvantis augmentation team of software developers and QA engineers has accomplished the following technical tasks:

  • Enhanced the product’s functionality with new features to meet evolving user needs and market demands.
  • Improved the back end to handle large amounts of data, ensuring enterprise-level scalability.
  • Implemented robust testing and automated QA processes to identify and address potential issues early on, minimizing the risk of them occurring in the application.
  • Established a knowledge-sharing process to facilitate cross-team communication and onboarding.

In collaboration with the client’s in-house development team, Edvantis also developed a new product roadmap that fully aligns with the current product strategy and has significantly contributed to optimizing the overall SDLC.


Having had no prior experience with IT outsourcing, our client sought a technology partner to integrate into the existing product development team and establish cooperation and a smooth communication flow to achieve project goals.

Re-platforming has allowed our client to enhance UI/UX capabilities, making the product more appealing to potential customers and solidifying its position in the market.

The Edvantis team contributed significantly to setting up a new SDLC, particularly in manual and automated QA testing. This enhancement improved product quality, resulting in a better user experience and overall customer satisfaction.
