Our Impact on Cultivating Good Labor Practices
Psychological Support for Our Employees
We care about the mental and emotional well-being of our people and treat it as an essential part of a healthy work environment. That’s why we run a Mental Health Program that combines education, and personal support.
Its educational part includes webinars sessions with professional psychologists. The format help employees better understand their emotions, learn healthy coping strategies, and restore inner balance.
In addition, every employee has access to a package of individual consultations with psychologists. This gives people a safe, confidential space to talk, reflect, and receive professional support whenever they need it.
For us, mental health is not a one-time initiative, but a continuous commitment to care, resilience, and sustainable well-being.
Cultivation of a New Generation of Specialists
As part of our efforts to promote the IT industry, we help individuals who strive to enter the tech workforce but need additional guidance. We have a lot to be proud of because periodically we host internship programs.
During the monthly courses, students and junior developers gain the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical cases at our Internships.
Thanks to the guidance of our mentors, participants gain valuable hands-on experience, and top performers get the opportunity to join the company’s projects.
We also collaborate with universities across Europe to support tech education, offering guest lectures, career mentoring, and real-world project exposure to help students bridge the gap between academic learning and professional software engineering.
Our Support of Human Rights
At Edvantis, we work to create the respectful working environment for all our people.
To ensure this, we are following two important principles:
Equal Opportunities and Anti-Discrimination
We believe in fostering an environment of diversity, equality, and respect, where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported. There is no place at Edvantis for discrimination, abuse, or harassment in any form.
We are also a Veteran-friendly company: our policies have passed an internal review by Veteran Hub, and we consciously build an inclusive and supportive environment for veterans and the wider community.
We encourage Edvantis employees to refrain from any of the following actions:
- Physical contact, remarks, or gestures that are unwelcome
- Spreading derogatory, offensive, or sexually explicit pictures or other materials online or by email
- A derogatory or offensive joke (explicit or innuendo)

For us, equality and inclusion are not just principles on paper, but a real commitment to building a culture where people with different backgrounds and life experiences can feel respected, safe, and empowered.
